The Post 8 Baseball Board has instituted a procedure to address grievances. This grievance form may be filled out by a parent, coach, or player. It is strongly encouraged that a grievance be registered within a week of the incident. The grievance form should be turned into the President of the Post 8 Baseball Board or a member of the board. The grievance will be heard by the board or its executive committee not later than the next board meeting. The board will consider the issue and prescribe a course of action.
