SD Format Changes

It Looks like South Dakota is looking at a change from the VFW Majors format to the Junior Legion format. The 2 big differences are the age and post season. The old VFW Majors was age 15 through 16 where the new Junior Legion is age 15 through 17 and Junior Legion includes a National Regional Tournament for the Junior Legion State Champ.
