Aberdeen falls 11-5 at the hands of the Pierre Post 8 White Sox

Aberdeen didn't stand a chance on Tuesday, as the Pierre Post eight White Sox captured a blowout 11-5 win in seven innings at Aberdeen SD.

The Pierre Post eight White Sox scored five runs in the third on the Pierre Post eight White Sox scored in the third on a two-run single by Austin Hoss, an error, a sacrifice fly by Carson Tschetter, and an RBI single by Alex Badger.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the third, with four lead changes.

 Dawson Puepke got the win for the Pierre Post eight White Sox. He allowed two runs over three innings. He struck out two, walked four and surrendered three hits.

Holtey took the loss for Aberdeen. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked six and struck out two.

The top of the first saw the Pierre Post eight White Sox take an early lead, 1-0. A single by Austin Hoss, scoring Kyle Stover started the inning off.

The Pierre Post eight White Sox increased their lead with three runs in the fourth. Danny Magee's double got things going, bringing home Austin Senger and Kyle. That was followed up by Austin Hoss' single, bringing home Danny.

Three Aberdeen runs crossed the plate in the bottom half of the fourth, making the score 9-5. A two-run error and a fielder's choice fueled Aberdeen's comeback. Caleb Lusk ended the inning by getting Fauth to ground out.
