Green Sox 15-16 Team;

Goodman, Jim
16U White Sox Head Coach (4th Season):
This is Jim's 5th year coaching in the program. Jim has been a long time board member (1995-2011), and player from some time ago at the Teener, Legion and Amateur levels. Jim's goal with the White Sox is to prepare all of his players for the varsity level. Jim says, he would like all our players to feel capable of participating at the varsity level when our season is over.  It is a learning experience for both the coaches and the players.  We have to try to fit the overall goals of the program into getting our players ready.  The learning, preparation, training and simple hard work ethic are what we are trying to communicate. At the same time we want to be competitive and have some fun.
