The Pierre Post 8 White Sox defeat Aberdeen after late game sacrifice fly, 8-3

 The Pierre Post eight White Sox took the last of five lead changes in a back-and-forth affair against Aberdeen, securing a 8-3 victory on Tuesday at Aberdeen SD.

The Pierre Post eight White Sox pulled out the win thanks to a strong sixth inning. A sacrifice fly by Peyton Zabel scored Danny Magee and gave the Pierre Post eight White Sox the lead for good.

Danny got on base two times in the game for the Pierre Post eight White Sox. He doubled in the sixth inning.

 

Peyton got the win in relief for the Pierre Post eight White Sox. Peyton pitched one inning and allowed no runs.

Moore ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked five, struck out one, and allowed four runs.

The bottom of the first saw Aberdeen take an early lead, 1-0. The Aberdeen attack began with a single from Goetz.
